Terms & Conditions
MAZSwap Business Exchange Coupons are subject to the applicable service agreement and applicable tax, accounting and legal requirements.
1. Coupon is not cash
A MAZSwap Business Exchange Coupon is a record of agreed exchange value between participating businesses. It is not cash, currency, a payment instrument or a financial product.
2. No cash exchange
Coupons cannot normally be exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
3. Coupon issuance
A coupon is issued for each month of service at the applicable monthly service value, under the service agreement.
4. Coupon validity
Each coupon is valid for 12 months from its issue date unless the service agreement specifies another period.
5. Partial redemption
Coupons may be redeemed in parts across multiple purchases until the balance reaches zero or the coupon expires.
6. Coupon expiry
Unused balance lapses on the expiry date. Expired coupons are not extended automatically unless an administrator explicitly configures it.
7. Renewal
If service renews for a new annual period, new coupons are generated for that period.
8. Price increases
The monthly service price increases by 20% at the start of each new annual service period. The coupon value increases by the same percentage.
9. Cancellation and service termination
If the service stops, no further coupons are generated. Existing valid coupons remain usable until their stated expiry date.
10. Eligible restaurant services
Coupons apply to all eligible services offered by the issuing restaurant — food and dining, home delivery of food to MAZSwap (no restaurant visit required), room stays where the restaurant provides rooms, and other services as defined in the service agreement.
11. Taxes and additional charges
Taxes, service charges and other additional charges are treated according to the service agreement and applicable law.
12. Delivery
Food your restaurant delivers to MAZSwap's home is covered by the coupon — MAZSwap does not need to visit the restaurant. Delivery charges and third-party platform orders are treated according to the service agreement.
13. Minimum order requirements
The restaurant may apply reasonable minimum order requirements where stated in the agreement.
14. Refunds
Redeemed amounts are not refundable in cash. Corrections for errors are made as recorded adjustments.
15. Restaurant availability
Redemption depends on the restaurant being open and able to serve. Availability is not guaranteed at all times.
16. Duplicate or fraudulent coupons
Only the balance recorded in the MAZSwap system is valid. Copies, altered images or reused QR codes are void and may be suspended.
17. Lost coupon handling
Because balances are held in the system, a lost coupon image can be reissued. Contact MAZSwap to suspend a coupon if you suspect misuse.
18. Free local SEO
Local SEO services are included free of charge while the service plan is active. If the plan lapses or is cancelled, the free SEO service stops; work already completed on the website remains.
19. Google Business Profile (GMB)
Local SEO includes optimisation of the restaurant's Google Business Profile (Google My Business). The restaurant must have a Google Business Profile; where none exists, MAZSwap will assist in creating one. The profile remains owned by the restaurant.
20. Domain purchase and credentials
The restaurant must purchase its domain itself from a registrar of its choice and provide MAZSwap with the registrar account credentials (email and password) so the domain can be connected and managed. The domain remains the restaurant's property; MAZSwap only manages its technical settings while the plan is active.
21. Program modification
MAZSwap may modify these terms or the program with reasonable notice. Changes do not reduce balances already issued.
22. Applicable laws
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
This arrangement does not eliminate any tax, accounting or legal obligation merely because no cash is exchanged at redemption.
