What is MAZSwap?

MAZSwap is a business exchange platform starting with restaurants in Lucknow. A restaurant receives website and digital services, and a matching Business Exchange Coupon is issued. MAZSwap then uses the coupon value for your services — dining at your restaurant, food delivered to MAZSwap's home without visiting the restaurant, room stays if you provide rooms, and other services — no payment or cash changes hands.

How does the Business Exchange Coupon work?

Each month of service creates a coupon equal to that month's service value (₹2,500 in Year 1). The coupon is recorded in the MAZSwap system with a unique ID, verification code and QR code. When the MAZSwap team uses the coupon for any of your services — dining, food delivery, room stays and more — your restaurant records the redemption on the public Verify page. No account or app is needed, and no cash is paid for the coupon-covered amount.

Is the coupon cash?

No. A Business Exchange Coupon is not cash and cannot normally be exchanged for cash. It records agreed exchange value between the participating businesses.

How long is a coupon valid?

Each monthly coupon is valid for 12 months from its issue date, unless the service agreement states another validity period.

Can a coupon be partially redeemed?

Yes. For example, from a ₹2,500 balance an ₹800 order leaves ₹1,700. Multiple partial redemptions are allowed until the balance reaches zero or the coupon expires.

What happens if I stop the service?

New coupons stop being generated. Existing valid coupons remain usable until their stated expiry date.

Why does the price increase by 20%?

The service price increases by 20% at the start of each new annual service period to reflect ongoing service costs. The coupon value increases by exactly the same percentage, so the two always match.

Can the coupon be used for delivery?

Yes. The coupon covers all the services your restaurant offers — dine-in food, food your restaurant delivers to MAZSwap's home (so MAZSwap doesn't need to visit), room stays if you provide rooms, and similar services. Taxes and third-party platform orders are handled according to the service agreement.

Can the coupon be transferred?

Coupons are tied to the service agreement between the participating parties and are not freely transferable unless the agreement allows it.

Are taxes included?

Taxes and additional charges are handled according to the service agreement and applicable law. MAZSwap coupons do not remove any tax, accounting or legal obligations.

Is SEO included?

Yes. Local SEO is included free for as long as your service plan is active. This covers on-page local SEO and optimisation of your Google Business Profile (Google My Business). You must have a Google Business Profile — if you don't, we will help you create one.

Who owns the domain?

Accepted Answer

You do. You purchase the domain yourself from any registrar and share the login credentials (email and password) with us so we can connect and manage it for you. The domain stays in your name and under your ownership.
