A Lucknow institution for late-night grills. Every kebab is marinated overnight and cooked over live charcoal — the way it has been done for three generations.

It started as a single sigri on an Aminabad street corner in 1975.

Today we still marinate every kebab overnight and grill it over live charcoal, right in front of you.
